Job Description:

  • Provide analytical support to integrate and synchronize Army MDTF portfolio capabilities and capacity across the DOTmLPF-P domains, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated force modernization efforts
  • Conduct thorough analytical work to develop, synchronize, integrate, and coordinate portfolio areas capabilities and capacity across the DOTmLPF-P domains
  • Serve as a key analyst and centralized capability project manager, responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, documenting, and managing operational needs for MDTF force modernization
  • Develop and manage requirements leading to DOTmLPF-P solution sets for MDTF force modernization programs, ensuring alignment with Army Futures Command concept development, capabilities determination, and capabilities integration processes
  • Research, interpret, and analyze DoD/Army directives, emerging policies, and force modernization trends to inform DOTmLPF-P integration efforts
  • Ensure that all procedures, processes, and actions are in accordance with principles, objectives, and standards, and develop and direct procedures, goals, and objectives to integrate MDTF requirements, policy directives, or instructions with Army Futures Command processes
  • Develop and deliver no more than ten (10) DOTmLPF-P integration products (e.g., Requirements Determination and/or FDUs) that meet the following requirements:
  • Comprehensive and coordinated force modernization efforts
  • Alignment with army futures command concept development, capabilities determination, and capabilities integration processes
  • Inclusion of emerging policies, and force modernization trends
  • Compliance with security classification and distribution requirements.
  • Participate in Army MDTF project teams and working groups as required, providing expertise and support to ensure the development of high-quality DOTmLPF-P integration products

Education:

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university

Desired (one or more):

  • MSS from the Army War College
  • MA from School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)
  • MA from the National Defense University (NDU)

Experience:

Required:

  • Background in Multi-Domain operations
  • Background in Army or Joint targeting, Information Collection and Employment, and Fires and Effects operations
  • 5+ years of military experience with the knowledge of doctrinal, training, and educational development processes
  • 3+ years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnel

Desired:

  • Minimum: Former Senior NCO
  • Experience in Army G-3 current operations and policy
  • 10+ years of military experience
