Scope of the Role

The Integration Developer is responsible for the full lifecycle of integration and ETL solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous process improvement. This role primarily supports Dell Boomi integrations while leveraging advanced Python development for data transformation, workflow automation, API integrations, and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business users to understand operational requirements and design marketplace integrations using Dell Boomi
  • Develop, test, deploy, and support integrations between marketplaces, NetSuite, WMS, ERP, and other internal or external systems
  • Build and maintain Python-based utilities, scripts, and ETL components for data extraction, transformation, validation, automation, and monitoring
  • Optimize post-go-live integration flows and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Design scalable ETL workflows for both batch and real-time processing of high-volume data
  • Manage integrations between internal and external systems with a focus on reliability, recoverability, and business continuity
  • Create redundancy plans, logging, alerting, and exception handling for critical integration processes
  • Support peak-season planning and tuning to ensure system stability and throughput during high-volume periods
  • Develop reusable APIs, connectors, and modular services to support current and future integration initiatives
  • Maintain daily marketplace SLAs through proactive monitoring and alerts via email, Slack, or other support channels
  • Support UAT, technical documentation, deployment activities, and future integration project designs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline required
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in ETL, systems integration, or application development, preferably in a retail, distribution, or e-commerce environment
  • Hands-on ETL and integration development experience using Dell Boomi; Boomi certifications are strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for ETL development, data transformation, automation scripting, API integration, file processing, and troubleshooting
  • Strong experience designing ETL solutions using data mapping, transformation logic, SQL, and reporting systems
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, web services, and modular integration patterns
  • Experience building scalable data flows and optimizing processes to handle large data volumes in real-time and batch environments
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and distribution center business processes
  • Experience with e-commerce channel APIs such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and similar marketplace platforms
  • Experience with data quality validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and production support for critical integration jobs
  • Working knowledge of Groovy or Java preferred
  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Availability for occasional maintenance support outside standard working hours
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and modern collaboration tools

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$120,000 USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCPโ€™s benefits and bonus programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
