Job description

Job Description:

Duties:Evaluate and drive decisions for right Oracle EBS tool sets best suited for the current systems footprint and roadmap. Execute end-to-end building of Oracle EBS solutions from the ground up. Develop and maintain architecture artifacts like data flows/lineage diagrams, frameworks, and patterns as references for the development teams across business technology. Focus on architecture review of EBS modules, integrations with EBS modules, and customizations. Develop and adhere consistency of information assets across the application portfolio. Support operational issues, integration issues and maintenance of EBS applications.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Science or related field

Experience Required: 5 years of progressive experience as an Assistant Consultant, Applications Developer, IT Supply Chain Analyst, or related occupation

Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

1. Working on requirements gathering, functional gap analysis, architectural designing, interfaces designing, process data-flow designing and preparation of System Design Documents, module initial setups, test script generation and execution, preparation of training guides, training end users and production support team.

2. Working with Oracle e-Business Suite: order to cash, procure to pay, oracle CRM, and Oracle VCP - ASCP modules.

3. Analyzing and tuning the performance issue with programs and working with vendors through service requests.

4. Using SQL, PLSQL, shell scripting, and form personalization.

5. Using RICE (Forms, Reports, Interfaces and Conversions) components, Workflows, XML, and Oracle BI Publisher Reports.

6. Using the following tools: TOAD, Putty, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and SQL Developer.

7. Providing customer support for business application problems and issues, assisting with testing and deployment of solutions in production environment of Oracle e-Business Suite.

Position permits telecommuting: applicant may reside anywhere in U.S. and reports to Livermore, CA office.

Salary: $204,214 to $209,214 per year
