As a Business Integration Analyst, you will work directly with the executive leadership team to analyze the needs of the business and design a system to efficiently transfer information between multiple parties.ย  Responsibilities include providing support for integration activities such as inventory and sales price management, ETL, EDI reporting, customer rebate processing, and system data transfers.ย ย

RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • Execute data investigation to interrogate the state of client's current systems
  • Participate in client data mapping sessions
  • Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system
  • Adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback
  • Coordinate efforts with project managers and team
  • Contribute to updating repeatable, templated project methodologies
  • Ability to travel to clinics for systems training, up to 25% of the time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous clinic experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Solutions oriented (wants to get things done right, the best way, and ahead of schedule)
  • Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of ERP and other business systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • 2-4 years of post-high school education and/or 2 years of experience in a business analyst position
