Position Summary:

Support a Capital Markets transformation program at a leading commercial bank as a Data Warehouse (DWH) Business Analyst. The role will focus on impact assessment, data analysis, data mapping, and integration design between market systems and downstream platforms. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across Japan Head Office, U.S. Branch, and Capital Markets functions to support the discovery and implementation phases of the program.

Minimum Qualifications\:*
  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Services technology projects with a strong focus on Data Warehouse, Data Platform, and Data Integration business analysis
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
  • Strong understanding of data flows between Market Systems and downstream applications
  • Experience coordinating business, technology, and data stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment with teams in Japan and the U.S.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Capital Markets, Treasury, Rates, or FX projects
  • Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and impact assessment
  • Experience with Databricks, Kafka, Event Hub, or similar data integration technologies
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of event‑driven architecture and real‑time data integration
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting
  • Experience working on cross‑border projects involving Japan and overseas offices
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese preferred
Education Qualifications:
  • Degree in Bachelor or above, OR equivalent practical experience
