Responsibilities for Seasonal Clinical Analyst include but are not limited to: 

·       Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on business priorities and available inventory.

·       Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards tracking productivity, outreach volume, quality performance, gap closure, and key metrics.

·       Perform data analysis and quality assurance reviews to identify data integrity issues, reporting errors, and process defects.

·       Use Excel and Alteryx to extract, transform, validate, automate, and report operational data.

·       Prepare leadership reporting packages, process documentation (SOPs, workflows, process maps), and recommend process improvement opportunities. 

Candidates for Seasonal Clinical Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       1+ year of HEDIS® experience or experience with similar healthcare regulatory reporting programs.

·       2+ years of Business Analytics or Clinical Analytics experience.

·       2+ years of process improvement experience supporting operational initiatives.

·       Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, data validation, dashboards).

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
