Job description

Job Summary The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization's HR technology platforms, with primary responsibility for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) within the Benefits team. This role partners directly with Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical HRIS expertise with experience supporting Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning Management, and workforce reporting. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Primary Job Functions Administer and support UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), including system configuration, security, organizational structure, and troubleshooting in relation to Benefit functions. Maintain HRIS data integrity through routine audits, reconciliations, testing, and validation of employee, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping data. Responsible for auditing, analyzing, translating information and correcting data to improve the following Total Rewards functions: 401(k), compensation, performance management, and learning management processes through reporting, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Create, review, analyze and update recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using UKG reporting tools and Microsoft Excel from vendor portals and UKG. Project lead HR system integrations by monitoring interfaces, validating data, and troubleshooting integration issues. Assist with system upgrades, testing, new functionality, and HR technology projects. Support SOX compliance, security audits, and HR data governance activities. Responsible for job code, benefit code, deduction code/earning code creations, cleanup and modification. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with UKG Service to ensure system configurations and reporting are accurate within UKG. Education, Experience and Certification Required/Preferred Education Level Description Required Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Required/Preferred Years of Experience Description Required Preferred 7 years 7+ plus years Hands- on HRIS and Benefits Experience. Progressive Benefits HRIS experience. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. Experience supporting Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and/or Learning Management processes. Experience performing HR, payroll, benefits, and retirement plan reconciliations. Preferred 7+ plus years Experience supporting HRIS integrations, system implementations, upgrades, and testing.
