Integrated Project Manager Role Summary We are seeking an Integrated Project Manager to direct program execution across technical manufacturing, test systems, and administrative project areas from inception through completion.

This role will serve as an IPM supporting multi-disciplinary sub-IPMs and engineering teams across project management, electrical, software, mechanical, test, manufacturing, finance, planning, and program leadership functions. Key Responsibilities Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion across technical manufacturing and administrative areas. Act as an Integrated Product Manager supporting multi-disciplinary sub-IPMs and project teams.

Manage cross-functional test teams including project management, electrical, software, mechanical, and related engineering disciplines. Oversee and coordinate administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines. * Coordinate with program leadership, finance, planning, and sub-IPMs to execute Earned Value Management.

Analyze project and performance data to develop solutions or alternative methods that improve efficiency and execution. Facilitate project tasks across functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. * Coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions.

Communicate Test Systems performance results to executive leadership, functional leadership, program leadership, and customers. Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in STEM, or 7+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree. * Experience with Earned Value Management Systems and program management.

Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering functions supporting hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance. Experience supporting production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments. * IPM or Program Management experience collaborating with program office teams, cross-functional engineering teams, and internal/external customers.

Experience with program management tools and processes, including EVMS, Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, and Risk and Opportunity Management. Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete process, and financial performance reporting for Test Systems or equivalent engineering programs. * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

government issued security clearance. * U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of sub-IPMs and engineers. EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent Raytheon PM Level 5 certification. * Strong influential communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present analytic and performance results to executive and/or functional leadership.

Experience with large program execution. Understanding of R&D, capital projects, engineering development, transition to production, production, and maintenance. * Experience with proposal capture and contract processes, including RFP review, BOE preparation, proposal submittal, SOWs, contract startup, and close-out.

Experience with Automation Test Equipment / Unit Under Test functionality. Understanding of Agile methodologies. #cj
