We're looking for a Temporary Sr. Integrated Project Manager with experience in both print and digital production to join our Project Management team. This is a two-month, temporary assignment, ideally starting at the end of May.

We are a fast-paced internal creative agency with the added value of being directly connected to a product. We create many of the same assets as a traditional agency, including ads, outdoor boards, and social posts, while also being part of the evolution of a product as it comes to market. We're involved in packaging, trade shows, and POS, and manage the delivery of materials across all of these workstreams.

This role is responsible for managing the intake flow and milestones for all FIJI Water brand projects. This includes developing timelines, executing review flows, and managing information throughout those reviews, as well as assessing risk and reporting on projects as they move through the review and production process. The team relies on this role to serve as the caretaker of each project at both the detail and big-picture levels.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description
  • Manage multiple offline and digital projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee print production projects, including direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), in-store displays, magazine ads, packaging, and collateral, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and specifications as needed.
  • Lead the communication of goals, deliverables, timelines, and status updates to both the Agency and client teams.
  • Identify potential roadblocks, proactively recommend solutions, and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure final deliverables align with the Agency and client's vision, budget, and timeline.
  • Foster strong relationships within the Agency and with clients, setting clear expectations and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with other Project Managers and the creative team to allocate resources effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and reliable work environment by ensuring clear and direct communication, setting and managing expectations, and proactively addressing challenges.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years as a project manager in a full-service ad agency.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, including creative production (print, digital, and broadcast).
  • Experience coordinating OOH advertising, in-store displays, brochures, and other print campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Ziflow, Workfront, Monday, Asana, etc.
  • Exemplary follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing small to large-scale projects.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with an emphasis on maintaining creative excellence.
  • Problem-solving mindset - ability to listen, gather information, evaluate the situation, and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Pay Range: $43 an hour.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
