Integrated Project Manager

Onsite Mondays & Wednesdays

Required Tech/Experience (Manager won't consider candidates without the following):
  1. 3+ years of project management experience in an agency or integrated marketing environment
  2. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with strong digital marketing exposure
  3. Experience in at least two of the following: creative campaigns, paid media, SEO, website builds, lead generation programs

Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list):
  1. Traditional marketing experience in addition to digital marketing exposure
  2. Experience working with clients transitioning from traditional media to digital-first strategies
  3. Strong client-facing communication skills within an agency setting

Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities):
  • Manage integrated digital marketing projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and internal workflows

Integrated Project Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Seeking an Integrated Project Manager to join our growing team in Chicago. This is an immediate need driven by new client business and offers the opportunity to come in on a contract-to-hire basis, with the potential for long-term growth within the organization.
We are open to two profiles for this role:
  • A strong Project Manager with 3+ years of experience who is ready to continue growing within an agency environment
  • Or a more experienced Project Manager with 6-8+ years of relevant experience who can immediately lead and optimize integrated marketing initiatives

This role is heavily focused on digital marketing campaigns, though experience across traditional marketing channels is also valuable as many of our clients continue transitioning from traditional media into digital-first strategies.
This is not a hybrid Account Management/Project Management role; however, the ideal candidate must be comfortable in client-facing situations and capable of leading conversations, presenting updates, and managing communication with confidence when needed.
Our clients span industries including Travel & Leisure, CPG, and Emerging Tech, and our teams bring expertise across the full digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage integrated marketing and digital campaign projects from kickoff through launch and optimization
  • Own day-to-day project communication, timelines, workflows, and execution across internal teams
  • Develop project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverable timelines
  • Ensure projects are delivered strategically, on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality
  • Serve as the primary internal point of accountability for project success and execution
  • Identify project risks, scope changes, and roadblocks proactively while driving solutions
  • Partner closely with creative, media, strategy, development, and leadership teams to keep initiatives moving efficiently
  • Support leadership with recommendations regarding scope changes, resourcing, and project prioritization
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and communications as needed while maintaining strong professional presence and organization
  • Help create operational clarity and structure for fast-moving client workstreams

Qualifications
  • 3-8+ years of project management experience within an agency or integrated marketing environment
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital initiatives
  • Background in two or more of the following areas:
    • Creative campaigns
    • Paid media
    • SEO
    • Website builds
    • Lead generation programs
    • Integrated marketing initiatives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced agency environments with evolving client needs

Contract-to-Hire Structure
This position is intended to begin as a contract engagement with the goal of converting to a full-time employee based on performance, business needs, and long-term fit.
Compensation
  • Contract hourly rate dependent on experience level
  • Full-time conversion salary range anticipated around $90,000 - $105,000 base, depending on experience and level of experience
