An Integrated Project Manager is a professional responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of a project across different departments or functions within an organization. They ensure that project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives and that resources, timelines, and deliverables are managed efficiently. Integrated Project Managers facilitate communication between various teams, identify potential risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
