We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our team as an Intake Attorney. This is a serious, high-pressure position that requires a balance of warmth, efficiency, and strategic client management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in personal injury law, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Case Evaluation and Intake: Conduct initial phone consultations with potential clients to assess case viability, including gathering essential details about personal injury matters such as car accidents.
• Client Conversion: Effectively "sell" our services by highlighting the firm's strengths, building rapport, and guiding clients to sign electronic contracts promptly during the call.
• Note-Taking and Documentation: Take diligent, accurate, and efficient notes during consultations; set up new client files in our internal system quickly and thoroughly.
• Client Management: Be welcoming and professional on the phone while maintaining efficiency. Politely disengage from calls for cases we do not handle or choose to pass on, redirecting focus to viable opportunities.
• Process Control: Keep potential clients on track during conversations. If they begin asking extensive questions about laws or case specifics, encourage them to sign contracts first to proceed with detailed discussions-ensuring we provide value without offering free extensive legal advice.
Time Management: For standard, run-of-the-mill cases (e.g., typical car accidents), limit extended discussions (e.g., beyond 30 minutes) while remaining friendly; for larger or more complex cases, invest additional time as needed. Maintain a friendly demeanor while being strategically persuasive to secure sign-ups.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the firm to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to overall intake efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Licensure: Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in Georgia.
