We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our team as an Intake Attorney. This is a serious, high-pressure position that requires a balance of warmth, efficiency, and strategic client management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in personal injury law, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Case Evaluation and Intake:Conduct initial phone consultations with potential clients to assess case viability, including gathering essential details about personal injury matters such as car accidents.

Client Conversion:Effectively sell our services by highlighting the firms strengths, building rapport, and guiding clients to sign electronic contracts promptly during the call.

Note-Taking and Documentation:Take diligent, accurate, and efficient notes during consultations; set up new client files in our internal system quickly and thoroughly.

Client Management:Be welcoming and professional on the phone while maintaining efficiency. Politely disengage from calls for cases we do not handle or choose to pass on, redirecting focus to viable opportunities.

Process Control:Keep potential clients on track during conversations. If they begin asking extensive questions about laws or case specifics, encourage them to sign contracts first to proceed with detailed discussionsensuring we provide value without offering free extensive legal advice.

Time Management:For standard, run-of-the-mill cases (e.g., typical car accidents), limit extended discussions (e.g., beyond30 minutes) while remaining friendly; for larger or more complex cases, invest additional time as needed. Maintain a friendly demeanor while being strategically persuasive to secure sign-ups.

Team Collaboration:Work closely with the firm to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to overall intake efficiency.


Qualifications:

Licensure:Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in Georgia.

Experience:Prior experience working in a personal injury (PI) firm is required, specifically in assessing cases and handling intakes. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and close cases over the phone is essential.

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be empathetic and welcoming while remaining efficient and goal-oriented. Strong organizational skills for note-taking and file setup. Comfort with electronic contract systems and CRM tools.
