Job description

Join the Largest and FastestGrowing Personal Injury Firm in America

When people call us, they're often scared, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next. Some won't sign a retainer until they've spoken directly with an attorney they can trust. That's where you come in.

We're looking for an Intake Attorney who thrives on connection- someone who can turn a worried caller into a confident new client by offering clarity, reassurance, and a steady voice in a stressful moment. You'll be part of our industryleading Case Control Center, working at the heart of a department that is rapidly expanding as our firm continues to grow nationwide.

This role is all about helping people take that first step toward justice. You won't manage a caseload or represent clients in court. Instead, you'll focus on what you do best: listening, explaining, guiding, and showing potential clients why choosing a firm that is truly For The People is the right decision for them.

If you're energized by fastpaced work, passionate about helping people, and excited to be part of something big, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Speak directly with potential clients who need attorney reassurance before signing. Break down the legal process in clear, simple terms and help them feel confident choosing our firm.
  • Build trust quickly- your empathy, communication skills, and professionalism often determine whether a caller becomes a client.
  • Follow up on outstanding calls and unsigned retainers within your control, keeping communication timely, consistent, and professional.
  • Work closely with CCC leadership, managing partners, and attorneys nationwide to ensure smooth and efficient case onboarding.
  • Document all conversations and assessments in the intake system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • When not assisting callers, partner with the Under Review team to evaluate the initial merits of potential personal injury cases and provide guidance on next steps.
    • Review police reports, photos, and other early case materials when needed to support your evaluation.
    • Make realtime decisions on case acceptance in alignment with firm strategy and criteria.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • At least 3 years of personal injury experience; either managing your own caseload or working as an Intake Attorney.
  • A deep belief in our mission of being For The People and genuine confidence in the strength, resources, and results of the largest personal injury law firm in America.
  • Exceptional communication and customerservice skills. You know how to listen, empathize, and guide people who are overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to turn.
  • Comfortable working in a highvolume, fastpaced call center environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone's life.
  • You bring energy, passion, and enthusiasm to your work every single day.
  • The idea of helping build and scale a rapidly growing department within a fastexpanding law firm genuinely excites you. You're motivated by growth, innovation, and being part of something big.
  • Litigation experience is a plus, but not required
  • Spanish is a huge plus!

Work Location: Longwood, FL - On-site
This role requires full-time, in-office presence at our Longwood, FL call center. Applicants must reside within commutable distance.
