Job description

FLSA Status: Nonexempt (Part-time with full-time potential)
Location: Corporate Office (Tampa, Florida)
Expected Hours: Monday - Friday 20-35 hours per week

This position handles case intake, monitors, reviews, and responds to intake emails, manages a case load of process service tasks, organizes and delegates all process service requests, and communicates effectively with staff and clients. Applicants must be capable of managing a case load and perform well in a fast-paced work environment.

What might your typical day include?

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate your work assignments;
  • Monitor and answer phones;
  • Monitor and review intake emails;
  • Filter and assign emails to respective staff;
  • Set up and assign cases;
  • Process incoming legal documents and tasks from clients;
  • Receive, process, assign, and manage a case load of legal service requests;
  • Communicate and provide updates and suggestions to clients on their service requests;
  • Process and complete signed affidavits for client's service requests

  • Organized and able to manage a case load;

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Quickly adapt and learn new software systems;

  • Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively both in writing, and in-person;
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality (keep a secret);
  • Possess a desire for continued growth and learning;

  • Perform well in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Ability to work well with other professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, accountants, and experts;
