Client Intake Specialist – High-Performance Call Environment

KRW Asbestos Lawyers is seeking disciplined, high-performing phone professionals to join our Asbestos Intake Team.


This is a high-volume call volume role for experienced business professionals. You’ll guide clients many of whom are older individuals exposed to asbestos decades ago through a structured intake process.

Success in this role requires the ability to build trust quickly, patience, follow a proven qualification script, and confidently guide callers to the next step: committing to a medical clinic.
