Foreclosure Intake & Title Order Received Position Summary:
The Intake & Title Order Received position is responsible for working cross-functionally between our Foreclosure and Title departments within a legal services environment.  They are the first point of contact for new foreclosure files on behalf of the SSPC offices in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.  They collect client file details and manage the collection of initial documentation.  The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, strong time management, and attention to detail.  The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong desire to provide a "best in class" service experience.


Foreclosure Intake & Title Order Received Job Duties:

  • Accurately collect initial foreclosure file information and documents from clients.
  • Perform data entry via the internal case management system and external client portals.
  • Monitor intake file statuses and ensure proper assignment to the foreclosure department.
  • Send out requests and obtain necessary supporting documents from various parties.
  • Ensure complete and accurate title summary reports are uploaded to the case file for further processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal staff members.
  • Perform routine administrative and clerical work as assigned.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 1-3 years of legal intake or title order entry experience preferred; no experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate systems; basic proficiency with computers/technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with an average of 40 hours per week.  Overtime hours may become available and required based on business needs.
