Weย leverageย innovative technologies to provide comprehensive solutions that streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of insurance operations. As a rapidly growing company, we areย seekingย experienced and driven Full Stack Developers and Software Engineers to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:ย We are looking for Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developers withย a strong foundationย in Microsoft technologies, including C#, SQL Server, and ideally Blazor. The ideal candidates will have 3ย toย  7+ years of experience developing scalable, enterprise-grade software systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising our suite of insurance software applications. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy building high-performance systems in a startup environment.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Lead or contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of robust software solutions.ย 
    ย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps.ย 
    ย 
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.ย 
    ย 
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and modern frameworks.ย 
    ย 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.ย 
    ย 
  • Mentor junior developers andย provideย technical guidance whereย required.ย 
    ย 
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to the fintech and insurance sectors.ย 

Requirements

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.ย 
    ย 
  • 3-7+ years of professional experience in software development, especially with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).ย 
    ย 
  • Solid experience with full-stack development, including front-end, backend, and database integration.ย 
    ย 
  • Proficiencyย in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.ย 
    ย 
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/scrum methodologies.ย 
    ย 
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.ย 
    ย 
  • Strong communicationย and collaboration abilities.ย ย 

Preferred Skills:ย 

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.ย
