Job description

DPI Staffing (a division of The DPI Group)ย is a fastpaced, socially conscious staffing agency that is growing and weโ€™re excited to add aย highenergy, resultsdriven Recruiterย to ourย Portland, Oregonย team.

The Recruiterย is responsible for building and maintaining strong community and customer partnerships, proactively recruiting and placing Associates into assignments, and ensuring timely, highquality service to both internal and external customers. Youโ€™ll join a fun, collaborative, and missionminded environment where your work helps create real opportunities for people facing barriers to employment.

This is aย teambased roleย with aย hybrid remote/onsite schedule, recruiting for a wide variety of positions while building strong talent pipelines for future opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary:ย $55,000โ€“$60,000 (DOE) plusย uncappedย bonus and commission potential

Some of what youโ€™ll be doing:
  • Create and post job ads, through collaboration with hiring managers, toย appropriate job boards, social media, workforce partners, etc.
  • Ensure consistent flow of applicants throughย variousย sourcingย methods such asย internal ATS,ย internet database searches, job fairs, networking, referrals, social media, etc.ย 
  • Evaluate and prescreen candidates through review of online applications as well asย phone, virtual, and/or in-person interviews
  • Document and track candidates accurately and timely in the applicant tracking system
  • Field and resolve general employee,ย customer, and internal business partnerย inquiriesย promptly and professionally.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to identify new opportunities that match core areas of business
  • Proactively market candidates to current and prospective clients.
  • Independent travel to host/attend job fairs and check-in with customers
