Job description

The Solution Consultant (SC) is an integral member of the strategic implementation organization, specializing in Insurance solutions within the RealPage ecosystem. This role is responsible for the successful SaaS delivery and deployment of RealPage’s insurance products, ensuring scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions that meet each customer’s unique business requirements.

The SC partners directly with customers and internal stakeholders to architect and deliver end-to-end insurance implementations, providing strategic guidance across the full implementation lifecycle. This includes understanding customer business strategy, operational workflows, and insurance use cases across multiple workstreams to design and execute tailored solutions that drive adoption and long-term value.

Working cross-functionally with service delivery teams, product, and business units, the SC ensures seamless integration of insurance solutions with the broader RealPage platform. In this highly client-facing role, the SC must collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance and aligning solutions to both business and technical objectives.


  • Lead discovery sessions focused on insurance workflows and operational requirements.
  • Define customer business requirements for insurance programs and current operational state.
  • Develop change management strategies to align insurance processes with future state operations.
  • Connect insurance business requirements with functional capabilities of RealPage products.
  • Formulate solution frameworks for successful insurance implementations.
  • Manage system design and integration for insurance solutions, collaborating with internal delivery teams.
  • Plan and execute go-live activities, including post-implementation support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for insurance-related best practices.

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of Multifamily Experience
  • Experience with RealPage software (preferably insurance-related modules) preferred. 
  • Background in insurance operations, compliance, or implementation.
  • Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with ability to engage Directors and regional leaders.
  • Novice level proficiency in Consulting processes
  • Ability to engage and lead conversations with Directors and/or regional level contacts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines and take ownership of multiple projects.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must be able to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas through the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.
