About the Role:
Synergy Wealth Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Insurance and Investment Implementation Specialist to support the operational execution of client financial strategies in our Columbia, Missouri office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoys managing workflows and processes, and takes pride in ensuring a seamless client and advisor experience. Rather than serving strictly in an assistant capacity, this position plays a central role in coordinating operations, managing implementation tasks, and helping keep the business running efficiently.
The right candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage the implementation process for insurance and investment business from submission through completion
  • Coordinate with advisors, clients, carriers, custodians, and internal teams to keep cases and account workflows moving forward
  • Monitor outstanding requirements, follow up on pending items, and proactively resolve operational issues
  • Prepare and review client paperwork, account forms, reports, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized and compliant client records and internal tracking systems
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients regarding operational and service-related requests
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational support for advisors and leadership
