Job description

ADP is hiring an Insurance Implementation & Service Specialist.
As an Insurance Implementation & Service Specialist you will be the client's first point of contact post sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Ensures the establishment of a positive relationship with the client. Performs a thorough review of the policy and client's information and sets client expectations to ensure the successful transition of the clients to the Client Service Team.
You will spend most of your day receiving and reviewing sales order, policy information and client information for completeness and work closely with sales to notify them of any outstanding issues/items. Make wekcome calls to the client to establish a relationship with the client, set and reinforce expectations, confirm information and answer any questions the clients may have. Classify employees, owner/officers in all applicable systems to ensure accurate premium deductions. Be available to take client calls and service client through first premium impound ensuring all features have started prior to turnover to Client Service.

What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
  • Onboard Client. You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for Insurance Products implementation. Through your expertise and relationship-building, you'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease.
  • Implement ADP Technologies. You will analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. You will incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally. You will interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service. You will exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects at the same time. You will share essential information with clients and internal teams.
  • You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
  • Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful!
  • You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • Strong Professionalism and business acumen
  • Strong follow-up skills for timely and effective closure of open items on Sales Orders and in the Implementation Process
  • Strong oral communication skills with clients, sales, and other service associates.
  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraint, while maintaining a professional service and attitude.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR
