Job description

Job Title: VP of Implementations, Insurance
Location: New York, NY (In-office 4x per week "Grand Central")
Company: Kizen, www.kizen.com
About Us
Kizen's Platform, AI Agents & True Context Technology (TCT) power millions of mission-critical experiences for leading organizations in highly regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services).
Our platform helps organizations automate the workflows that matter most - from helping insurance agents manage contracting and commissions, to enabling healthcare providers to deliver proactive patient care, to empowering financial institutions to classify documents and extract data automatically.
And that's just the beginning. With Kizen, developers can build new enterprise applications and impactful AI agents, while business users can customize dashboards and agents using natural language, low-code, or code - all on the same platform.
What used to take months or years to build, configure, and connect now takes just days. Kizen combines powerful pre-built agents and use cases with an enterprise platform for automation and data connection - all built on an AI-first architecture that's easy to adopt, scale, and trust.
We're solving real operational problems and helping the world's most complex organizations work faster, smarter, and more humanely.
Join us in transforming how industries work - one workflow, one agent, and one customer success story at a time.
About the Role
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a dynamic leader who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As our VP of Implementations, Insurance you'll be the go-to leader ensuring that our customers ranging from Fortune 100 giants to Main Street Small Businesses don't just adopt our solutions-they thrive with them. You'll be working directly with our CEO and CTO to drive successful adoption of this fast growing platform.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead our teams responsible for:
  1. Enterprise technology implementations that are as seamless as they are impactful, leveraging your technical expertise and strategic vision. You'll work closely with customers across diverse industries including healthcare, insurance, and financial services, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs while championing the power of automation and AI to future-proof their success.
  2. Implementations for Mid-Market companies who need to quickly and cost-effectively deploy AI and Automation in their businesses
  3. Building, training, and supporting our growing network of certified partners for enterprise, mid-market, and small business deployments with a best-practices certification program and next-level support

While you need to deeply understand business operations, technology, and the impacts AI will have for teams - you also need to be a passionate people leader to thrive in this role and be someone who loves mentoring and inspiring people to achieve greatness. Your focus will be on cultivating a collaborative, customer-first culture where innovation flourishes, and challenges become opportunities.
You'll ensure customers are set up for success, support our sales efforts through product education, and help drive brand awareness by producing engaging product content. Your impact will span across customer success, implementation, marketing and sales.
