Job Description
As the Google Program Delivery Lead at Jellyfish, you are the delivery heartbeat of our Global Google business. Your mission is to bridge the gap between ideation and execution and drive delivery excellence and rigor. You will also partner closely with the Creative Collective and AI Studios teams to ensure our creative, social, production and AI generated output are world-class and delivered with precision.
This is a high-impact leadership role that demands a blend of creative empathy, delivery & operational rigor. You will navigate the complexity of a global agency, integrating our internal capabilities with the wider Brandtech Group ecosystem to drive efficiency, profitability, and innovation for the Google relationship.
The full salary range for this position is between $180,000-220,000 USD, annually, and final offer is dependent on experience. This position can be based out of either our New York, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Baltimore offices.
Responsibilities
Delivery and Operational Excellence + Strategic Integration
  • Process & Workflow: Architect and refine end-to-end creative workflows that ensure "Operational & Delivery Excellence" across strategy, design, production, and language services.
  • Tech Integration: Drive team adoption of Pencil Pro and other proprietary tools to automate and enhance creative output.
  • Hub Global Strategy: Ensure the setup and delivery of offshore creative hubs in Mexico and India are most effectively utilized for Google outputs, ensuring quality consistency and cultural alignment.
  • AI Transformation: Support the operational rollout of Gen AI transformation initiatives, ensuring AI tools are seamlessly integrated into the Google creative lifecycle.

Resource & Financial Stewardship
  • Utilization & Profitability: Monitor and optimize the efficiency of the project delivery teams for the Global Google business. Your goal is to work with the Integrated Producers (IP) to maximize internal utilization while reducing freelance spend for all delivery.
  • Resource Management: Partner with Capability Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Staffing to ensure the right-level of resources and talent are assigned to each Google engagement. Oversee the scoping of projects (developed by IPs) to ensure the right mix of talent on each engagement.
  • Program Management: Work with IPs to drive the overall schedules & workflow of all Google projects/programs centrally to ensure consistency of process across the business, standardized approach to scoping as well as delivery accountability against budget and scope with excellence.
  • Brandtech+ Connectivity: Act as the conduit for Brandtech Group resources where appropriate for the Google business, leveraging group-wide talent (Brandtech+) to meet fluctuating demand.
  • Finance & Ops: Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, track margins, and ensure creative projects are delivered profitably. Proactively identify scope/time challenges and assist IP if needed in escalating to client management to determine best path forward

Client Operations & Growth
  • High-Stakes Account Support: Provide dedicated delivery oversight for our Google account globally
  • Client Management: Bridge the gap between creative teams and client partners to ensure delivery meets client-specific operational KPIs.
  • New Opportunities: Work in partnership with account leadership to drive RFPs or new business requests, including the development of delivery assets, as well as help drive the response process

Rhythms & Rituals
  • Support & Facilitation: Facilitate alignment sessions including:
    • The Week Ahead (EMEA & NA): Syncing regional priorities.
    • Capability Utilization: Reviewing/manage Billability of resources.
    • Net New Google Business Prioritization: Managing resource allocation for Google pitches as well as oversee the overall view of all active Google projects.
    • Integrations of AI platform tools: Deep-diving into AI-driven approaches and ways of working.
  • Capability Communication: Work with account leadership to coordinate our ongoing Google United all-hands meetings, to celebrate wins and align on global strategy.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in delivery leadership within a global digital agency or fast-paced creative tech environment.
  • The Mindset: You speak "Creative Delivery" and "Operations" fluently. You understand the nuances of strategy, creativity & ideation married to technology and AI adoption and live for a perfectly optimized process to deliver.
  • AI Fluency: A genuine passion for how Generative AI is changing the creative landscape (experience with Pencil Pro or similar tools is a major plus).
  • Strong Understanding of Operational Systems: Deep experience building processes, and working within systems such as Salesforce and beyond.
  • Global Navigation: Proven ability to manage multi-shore teams (specifically India and LATAM) and navigate complex stakeholder maps across HR, Finance.
  • Account Pedigree: Experience managing the operational demands of Tier-1 global brands such as Google (tech clients a plus)
