JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide, develop, implement and / or modify training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of sales force in the Sales Division

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and/or modify training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force
  • Conduct training programs on company products and procedures to sales personnel which includes one-on-one training and large groups
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Fred Loya products, procedures, guidelines, and underwriting
  • Maintain strong level of sales acumen, sales training knowledge and sales management and coaching skills
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to sales team members; support and motivate in training and development efforts
  • Analyze training success and identify areas for improvement with the assistance of the Sales Managers
  • Analyze and identify needs of various sales roles and develop innovative and creative training solutions
  • Work directly with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Managers on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the areas described is a must
  • Must possess a New Mexico Casualty Producer License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills in building a team
  • Strong focus on adhering to policies and procedures
  • Have the ability to work independently, yet collaborate with others
  • Have planning and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be able to analyze, explore and evaluate information
  • Ability to exercise good business judgment, set work priorities and be detail oriented
  • Have a strong customer service background
  • Be able to work flexible hours
