Are you ready to build a business of your own?

The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Milledgeville, Georgia.

As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office.

This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required. We provide licensing training and cover pre-licensing fees.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a plan for agency growth
  • Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
  • Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
  • Recruit, coach, and lead your own team
  • Build lasting client and community relationships

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
