ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Agency Manager with Frank Walker Insurance agency you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to lead a team to do provide the same will make you a perfect fit. You will enhance your career while leading a team, coordinating and motivating them to be highly productive and helping them reach their full potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the sales and customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor sales and customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
