We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our DeFuniak Springs office. This service role is focused on handling service requests, resolving policy-related questions, and ensuring positive and meaningful relationships with current clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone already PC licensed who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and helping current clients. This role offers a year-end range of $45,000-$60,000 with base salary plus bonus opportunities. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple requests, and a commitment to delivering efficient and reliable support.

Responsibilities
  • Handle policy servicing, including endorsements, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly support to clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Build strong client relationships and proactively follow up to improve policy retention.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all transactions adhere to industry regulations.
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to the sales team for additional policies or coverage enhancements.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property Casualty license to be considered.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing policy changes and client records.
  • Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness to address client concerns effectively.
  • Preferred experience with Florida insurance policies, including Allstate and brokered carrier home insurance.
