Benco Dental is seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, and talented Instructional Design Intern, who is interested in understanding and experiencing Learning & Development (instructional design) in a very busy HR Department supporting company-wide training.

The Instructional Design Intern will perform a combination of project-based and learning center administrative functions. This position will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Learning & Development functions including:
  • Assist with the creation of training modules
  • Edit and update existing training modules
  • Create post training exercises
  • Troubleshoot course activity in the Learning Center (LMS)
  • Assist with project implementation of a key learning system.
  • Effectively communicate changes in company policies and procedures via learning guides
  • Track grades in the Learning Center (LMS)
  • Assist team members and staff

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
  • Enrolled at time of internship as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university, preferably Instructional Technology majors
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
  • A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2

The base pay range of $12 represents the hiring pay for applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
