Role Description:
We are looking to hire someone in our Flooring Installation Coordinator position who enjoys their primary focus during their workday being customer service. The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer facing role and is responsible for partnering with Lowes Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Groups Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. The Flooring Installation Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions such as reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of flooring projects to name a few.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
  • Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
  • Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
  • Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
  • Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
  • Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers.
