Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Installation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Installation and Project Managers by coordinating job schedules, managing project expenses, and overseeing material and inventory needs. They handle communication with crew leaders, resolve administrative issues for installers, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to project success. Coordinators play a key part in keeping multiple crews aligned and projects running efficiently.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • Review with Project Managers, Sales Associates, and Project Coordinators the requirement of a job and availability of labor.
  • Review and verify installation work orders and verify materials for a scheduled job.
  • Oversee all installation schedules, jobs, and resources.
  • Prepare material cut sheets for the installer and the warehouse as outlined by the installation work order.
  • Assist as required, with entering received material into the inventory system.
  • Monitor jobs in progress with installers and project managers.
  • Address job issues, find workable solutions to correct problems.
  • Conduct periodic site visits either scheduled or random.
  • Report to and consult with the Operations Manager on any issue dealing with installation and or administration challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date files on installers and maintain, audit tools and fleet assessment logs.
  • Review and process installer invoices and bills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to act in a professional demeanor with customers and fellow employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in flooring products and/or flooring installations (strongly preferred).
