How you'll work:

  • Location: Onsite – 350 Texas Ave Round Rock, TX 78664
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, may vary depending on install schedule. Occasional Saturdays may be required.
  • Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary/hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $55,000-$65,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.

About the Role
As the Installation Manager, you’ll ensure every Whirlpool product installation meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll spend time in the field reviewing work, auditing installation teams, and collaborating directly with clients to keep projects on track. This is a highly client‑facing position where you’ll build strong relationships, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and help deliver an exceptional service experience. Your leadership will be key in upholding CRST’s commitment to safety, quality, and dependable service for our Whirlpool partner.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standards
  • Conduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findings
  • Serve as the primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readiness
  • Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit results
  • Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls
  • Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed
