If you’re an experienced HVAC Installation Professional and one of your favorite parts of what you do is leading and mentoring others to develop in their roles, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining orderly installation of new HVAC equipment, we have an immediate opening for you as an HVAC Installation Manager. 


This role encompasses day to day business systems and operations management as well as mentoring and coaching others to deliver on customer satisfaction expectations. Help coordinate sold installation and HVAC system replacement jobs, ordering of equipment and materials associated with installations, job completion and billing, review timecards, invoices and material inventories, perform technician ride along’s and inspect vehicles and tools to ensure compliance with company service standards and processes that drive profitability.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Installation Manager 

As a professional HVAC Installation Manager, you are responsible for operating a well organized, profitable installation department by interacting with customers, installers, technicians, addressing technical issues related to HVAC system installations, managing department expenses, and maximizing operational efficiencies. 

  • Ensure World-Class Customer Service – Train, mentor and develop service staff to deliver on company service standards and activities that drive customer satisfaction. 
  • Operational Efficiency – Review timecards, scheduling, dispatching, material inventories and more to maximize operational efficiencies. 
  • Stay Organized and Outcome Oriented – From ensuring the right equipment and materials arrive at the right job sites to managing billing, warranty information, invoices, assisting with collections, and responding to customer complaints, your daily actions contribute to the overall growth of the installation department.
