Job description

Lead Acrylic Shower Installer (Solo Install) / Bathroom Installer

$1,100–$1,900 per install | No weekends | Renton, WA (98057)
WHY YOU’LL LIKE THIS JOB
• Pay per completed install + accessory bonus pay
• Most installs take 2 days (No weekend work)
• Start at our Renton warehouse; job sites within 30-45 minutes
• We install a composite shower system (similar install process to acrylic)
PAY
• $1,100–$1,900 per completed install (reflects lead-level experience and job size)

Must be able to complete full installs independently
• Extra pay for accessories (seats, grab bars, doors, etc.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Remove existing tub/shower
• Prep walls and set shower pan
• Install wall panels (acrylic/composite system)
• Install accessories and doors (may include flooring/vanity)
• Seal and finish cleanly
• Keep a clean job site and communicate professionally with homeowners

Must comply with Safety Code of Conduct, and have or willing to obtain Plumbing Apprentice card 
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ year acrylic/surround shower install experience
• Can complete a full install independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own tools preferred (specialty tools provided when required)
• Jacuzzi / Re-Bath / Pacific Bath / DaBella experience is a plus
