What You'll Do
As a Bath Fitter Installer, you'll use your existing trade skills to professionally install Bath Fitter bath and shower systems in customers' homes.
Your work will include:
  • Installing Bath Fitter products according to company standards and procedures
  • Measuring and preparing installation areas
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Applying carpentry and renovation skills
  • Performing basic plumbing-related tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, professional job site
  • Protecting customers' property throughout the installation
  • Educating customers on the care and functionality of their new installation
  • Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and installation materials
  • Completing service calls and required documentation
  • Following all safety and quality standards
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, renovation, construction, maintenance, or a related skilled trade
  • Carpentry, trim carpentry, or renovation experience
  • Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure, level, and combination square
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
