Bath Fitter, a leader in bathtub and shower remodeling, is looking for motivated and dependable Installers to join our Wilmington team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow with a stable company.

Previous bathroom installation experience is a plus, but not required. If you have experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, handyman work, flooring, cabinetry, or other hands-on trades, we encourage you to apply. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

What You’ll Do
  • Install bathtubs, showers, and wall systems in customers’ homes
  • Stock and organize your company vehicle with materials and tools needed for the day
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
