Inside Sales Representative-Entry Level
Pay: Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: To be discussed
Location: Indiana, Franklin
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry to start immediately at $22.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Assist and follow up with customers to sell products, resolve issues, and answer questions
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and process customer returns
  • Proactively follow up on quotes, open orders, and inquiries
  • Provide product recommendations including pipe, pumps, valves, fittings, and drainage products
  • Maintain professional, solutions-oriented communication via phone, email, and in person

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience (industrial, construction, or distribution preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn ERP systems; Sage experience preferred
