Job Title: Infrastructure Program Director

Location: Onsite – Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA

Contract to Hire.

About the Role:

Drive enterprise IT infrastructure strategy and lead multi-million dollar modernization initiatives across cloud, networks, data centers, and security.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud programs.

  • Direct CapEx/OpEx budgets, financial forecasting, and vendor contract negotiations.

  • Oversee cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), network overhauls, and security/DR preparedness.

  • Brief senior executives, align business stakeholders, and enforce PMO governance standards.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, technical leads, and third-party service providers.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of IT program management experience across hybrid infrastructure & cloud.

  • Hands-on background with ITIL frameworks, vendor SLA management, and infrastructure reliability.
