Description:
Direct Counsel is seeking a Projects & Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm with a top-ranked U.S. practice. The firm is hiring two junior to mid-level associates to support its market-leading Projects & Infrastructure group, which focuses on project finance and development transactions, particularly in the renewable energy and power sectors.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience at a sophisticated law firm

  • A strong academic background from a well-regarded law school

  • Substantial experience in project finance, energy, and infrastructure matters

  • Familiarity with renewable energy and power project transactions preferred
