We are seeking motivated interns to join our Inflight Services team. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of business aviation, working alongside industry professionals and gaining hands-on experience in operational, customer-focused, and service excellence aspects of our business.
As an Inflight Services Intern, you will support the daily activities of the Inflight Services team, gaining practical exposure to cabin readiness, passenger and crew support, catering logistics, and operational coordination within a dynamic aviation environment. This internship offers insight into the core functions of inflight services, including trip preparation, amenities management, and client interaction. Aviation operates on a dynamic schedule-things can change fast, and our success depends on team members who can adapt. We are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic, around-the-clock operation and are open to working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation, customers, and crews.
  • Location: Teterboro, NJ (TEB)
  • We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly, this targeted schedule: June 1st target start, on-site, 20-30 hours per week (no overtime), hours would be flexible.
  • Compensation: $20-$23 per hour

Your Profile
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Strong interest in aviation operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset; familiarity with aviation software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work traditional office hours (20-30 hours per week) on-site.
  • Ability to obtain airport ID badge (required).
  • Reliable, personal transportation required.
  • Valid driver's license.

Your Role
  • Support Inflight Services in daily operations, ensuring all aspects of passenger, crew, and aircraft needs are met, possibly at different locations and airports in the area.
  • Assist with pre-flight and post-flight preparations, including cabin readiness, bedmaking, cleaning, catering, flower arrangements, and amenities setup on short notice.
  • Coordinate with crew members to ensure aircraft are prepared, stocked, and maintained according to company standards.
  • Place catering orders and liaise with various outfitting vendors.
  • Monitor and report on the condition of aircraft interiors, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided, inventory, and any discrepancies or incidents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating client profiles, catering library, and expense reports.
  • Support the overall maintenance of the Inflight Services storage room.
  • Facilitate shipping duties in support of aircraft operations, outfitting, and setup.
  • Demonstrate discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and high-profile clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of inflight services operations.
  • Collaborate on meaningful projects that influence our business strategies.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present insights to leadership.
