The Inflight Training Coordinator plays a vital role in organizing and supporting all aspects of Initial New Hire and Recurrent Training at Breeze. Reporting to the Manager Inflight Training, this position is responsible for scheduling classes, managing onboarding logistics, coordinating travel and accommodations, preparing training materials, supporting instructors, and ensuring classrooms and equipment are ready for use. The Coordinator also leads graduation planning, maintains training documentation, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality training experience for Breeze's Inflight Team Members.
Here's what you'll do
  • Participate in departmental meetings and project initiatives to enhance efficiency and overall trainee experience
  • Maintain an organized, long-range training calendar to proactively identify resource conflicts, guest invitations, classroom availability and operational impacts
  • Act as primary liaison between Inflight Training, Crew Resources, and external vendors to coordinate all travel and lodging needs for trainees & instructors
  • Regularly update and monitor the availability of Emergency equipment and mock-up aircraft to support training program availability coordinating with Flight Ops Training and Facilities teams
  • Enroll trainees in additional e-learning and learning management systems
  • Assist with plotting Line & Ground Evaluations
  • Oversee management of the Instructor Hub, ensure materials are updated regularly to align with Training Standards and Compliance updates
  • Maintain and update pre-hire tracking lists based on Recruiting communications and applicant status. Send out pre-training packets to all pre-hires with necessary class information, uniform guidelines, and training expectations
  • Respond promptly to all pre-hire inquiries through the new hire inbox, providing support and clarifications as needed
  • Responsible for accepting delivery of all Inflight Training materials
  • Distribute post-training feedback forms for Recurrent and Initial New Hire students, ensuring feedback is collected, analyzed, and escalated for program improvements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organize Graduation ceremonies, including sending invitations to leaders, stakeholders, and graduates where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and Inflight Training standards across all coordinator responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Promote safety and compliance with all regulatory and Breeze requirements
  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Here's what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years leading complex events, programs, and schedules with precision and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) professionally for training, QA, and data reporting
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Inflight Services experience
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with e-learning software and mobile learning deployment
