Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Inflight Interceptor Communications Data Terminal Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will work as a key staff member of the GMN GFCC team to assist the GFCC Product Manager and IDT Product Lead in managing the IDT baseline by integrating technical, cost, schedule, policy, and contract requirements to keep the project compliant, funded, and on schedule for milestone decisions and fielding. What You'll Be Doing: * Assist the GFCC Product Manager and IDT Product Lead in setting/managing goals and defining/tracking the contract scope and schedules, collaborate with project stakeholders to implement changes and ensure alignment with project objectives, and gather and analyze IDT project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare and coordinate inputs to acquisition plans, statements of work, and contract deliverable requirements.
* Assist with the formulation/tracking of budget lines and associated coordination and documentation through the approval processes.
* Coordinate with the contracts and financial teams to establish/track obligations, disbursements, and spend plans.
* Analyze the integrated master schedule to identify critical paths.
* Track cybersecurity Authority To Operate package management for IDT products.
* Coordinate with the IDT team to identify, track, and prepare mitigation plans for project risks.
* Support GFCC project leadership in preparing and conducting milestone reviews.
* Consolidate technical, schedule, and financial data into executive dashboards.
* Prepare decision briefings, white papers, and answers to taskers and requests for information.
* Coordinate Integrated Product Teams and document meeting outcomes. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 20 years experience, or Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years experience in program analysis is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
* Active security clearance (SECRET or above) is required. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * MDA experience.
