BWC's core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments.  Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC's seven offices across the state.  BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.

What You'll Be Doing:

         Establishes project teams and manages & facilitates kickoff meetings; establishes team communications utilizing established SharePoint site..

        Sets up & maintains projects in Clarity system; coordinates daytoday project tasks.

         Identifies & manages Risk; creates Communication Plan; creates & updates Project Phases (defines project requirements, ensures requirements are documented & signed off, develops and manages project plan, revises final scope as necessary & obtains signoffs, creates resource and timeline plan).

         Provides ongoing cost projections, validates with assigned resources, makes periodic revisions, and provides regular estimates to business lead.

         Develops informational & portfolio status reports; assumes management of inflight projects as necessary for project success; conducts "lessons learned" sessions.

         Ensures Requirements are documented & signed off by appropriate staff; revises Final Scope as necessary & obtains signoffs.

         Ensures test plan is created & secures user Testing Signoff at completion of testing & prior to implementation.

4 yrs. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation), with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g., specific human service program area, management information sciences, fiscal); 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects. 
-Or successful completion of 2 yrs. post-secondary education majoring in business administration, public administration, computer science/information technology, social science, or health, with major being commensurate with project to be assigned; 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects; 12 mos. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation). 
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Project Manager 1, 63381 or IT Project Manager 1, 63384. 
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
