Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and compliance documentation tools is typically required. Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and strong communication skills set standout candidates apart in managing both remote and on-site patient care. Building strong communication skills and staying organized are key to navigating these environments successfully. Networking with other hybrid RNs and utilizing digital tools for scheduling and record-keeping can help streamline daily responsibilities and reduce stress.

What is an Independent Contractor Hybrid RN?

An Independent Contractor Hybrid RN is a registered nurse who works on a contract basis rather than as a traditional employee, often combining in-person and remote work responsibilities.
