Job description

Please read before applying. This is a great position for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Training wage of $18 per hour, after training base pay $18 per hour + monthly commissions and bonuses.

Earn $40,000 - $66,000 annually based on performance and ability to close the sale!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
  • Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
  • Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
  • Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
  • Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
  • Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as sell and promote junk removal services
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • A Experience in Sales required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Must be motivated by exceeding goals
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
  • Accurate; consistent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills, experience with multiple monitors is preferred
  • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
