Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the friendly voice our patients hear first! You'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, route calls to the correct office, and answer basic questions about our services. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, and tech-savvy and who loves helping people!
