Corestream is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the successful execution of benefits projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating all phases of project deliverables, managing client meetings to gather business and technical requirements, and translating these into detailed project plans. As an Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for onboarding new clients and overseeing eligibility and payroll file integrations for voluntary benefit offerings within our product portfolio. You'll coordinate projects with clients, internal teams, and external providers using project management tools to ensure timely benefit launches. This role also involves collaborating with the sales division to enhance the client onboarding experience and providing support for 45 days post-launch to ensure seamless payroll integrations. Location: Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL. Preferably, this role is a hybrid position, with an in-office presence on a bi-monthly basis. However, we are also open to considering remote candidates located within the Southeastern United States.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external clients, brokers, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage all tasks related to the onboarding of new clients and providers.
  • Review eligibility and payroll file specifications with client IT teams.
  • Facilitate weekly client meetings, overseeing project deliverables and milestone timelines.
  • Coordinate with provider implementation resources for testing payroll bills and reconciliation files.
  • Maintain oversight of implementation plans to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the implementation supervisor.
  • Utilize ticketing systems and internal tracking tools for technical tasks.
  • Manage a variety of implementation projects, including new clients, products, providers, and system upgrades.
  • Review technical files for structure and compliance with specifications.
  • Deliver post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation and reports as needed.

Recipe for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Business Management or equivalent
  • Three years of related experience in software implementations - with particular value placed on experience onboarding clients to payroll and/or HR systems
  • Three years of related experience in business or system analysis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in project management, word processing, and spreadsheet computer software applications - particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience completing data conversions that require migrating data files from one processing platform to another
