This role requires a proactive individual who excels at holding all stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon project plans, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Management
  • Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet project goals.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain team morale through effective leadership.

Client Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
