Director, Treasury

Location
  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office are expected to work 8 days in person per month, with flexibility to choose the days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
  • Travel Expectations: Up to 10%
What you’ll do
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert across Kyriba and broader Treasury solutions, leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to solve complex client challenges and provide clear, actionable guidance across a wide range of scenarios.
  • Own a portfolio (“book of business”) of client engagements, ensuring consistently exceptional delivery outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and healthy engagement economics. Build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders and expand engagements across Treasury and other Clearsulting practices.
  • Maintain a strong pulse across your project portfolio by providing quality assurance on key deliverables, solution designs, and configurations. Step into critical meetings or workstreams as needed to guide teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a broad set of team members across levels, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. Provide clear direction, actionable feedback, and mentorship to strengthen team capability and leadership pipeline.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives that address evolving client needs, market trends, and Clearsulting’s practice priorities. Identify and shape new offerings, capabilities, and innovations that enhance the firm’s value proposition.
  • Act as a senior leader in business development, driving independent sales efforts including client expansions, new logo acquisition, and cross‑practice collaboration. Build and maintain a strong pipeline while contributing to proposals, deal strategy, and positioning.
  • Represent Clearsulting in the market as a credible and influential leader, building relationships with clients, prospects, and alliance partners. Contribute to thought leadership, go‑to‑market strategies, and brand‑building efforts that strengthen the firm’s presence in the Treasury space.
What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years in professional services in a delivery role
  • 4+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus
  • At least 4 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered)
  • Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience driving strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes
  • Experience providing TMS subject‑matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations
  • Demonstrable experience leading sales pursuits

The compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
