Job Summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals. This role is responsible for managing multiple IT projects from planning through implementation while coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven professional with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of IT projects.
  • Coordinate internal departments, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage project changes related to scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
