You act as a trusted partner to our clients, supporting them in shaping **data-driven, technology-enabled products, business models, and engineering initiatives** across the healthcare value chain. With your consulting experience and industry expertise, you contribute to complex transformation and innovation projects, taking ownership of workstreams and actively shaping client solutions.**How You’ll Make an Impact*** Advise MedTech clients on digital transformation, innovation, and business challenges related to products and engineering initiatives* Support and lead consulting engagements in areas such as product management, innovation management, and the business side of engineering projects* Translate business and market requirements into actionable concepts for R&D, engineering, and digital product teams* Contribute to the design and evolution of data-driven organisations, including analytics-enabled decision-making and digital platforms* Develop and assess business models and go-to-market concepts for digital health and MedTech innovations* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, engineering, data, UX, and delivery* Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables**What’s important to us*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.* 5–10 years of consulting experience in the MedTech or Health industry, ideally gained within a professional consulting firm.* Strong expertise in MedTech environments, including product management, innovation management, and the business side of engineering or product development projects.* Experience working with data-driven organisations, digital products, and analytics-enabled decision-making.* Proven ability in business model innovation and strategic problem solving, with the capability to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives.* A strong consulting mindset with experience managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements.* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.* Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week.* Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).**What we offer*** **Work life blend:** we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home* **Profit share scheme:**In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous year* **Global and Diverse Zühlke community:**witness how colleagues from all our 16 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities.* **Committed to development:**we are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
